I do. parsley, oregano, red pepper, chilie flakes, bread crumbs, egg, a REALLY good barbecue sauce that has no molasses or corn syrup in it. sometimes I put bits of bacon in it as well

that stuff is SO bad for you! look at the sodium content and all of the weird unnecessary ingredients in it!
