I would call B&N and get the hard reset procedure and go through it, after saving things to my computer. I would then make sure I had 1.5 installed. After that, I might download a reader and make sure my documents were readable. It appears as though only certain extensions are problematic so I would try to see if that were the case. Maybe next, I would load the documents onto an SD card and see what happened there, as well as onto someone else s Nook, if possible. Also, double check the instructions and make sure you are loading things into the right place, and read them with your computer while the Nook is attached, just to make sure they are really there.
