The very first thing that I did before even calibrating the unit was to download and update the firmware. It IS at version 2.0.3. Again, I'm not seeing any special benefit to registering with Bookland - I have accounts with Amazon (Kindle), Fictionwise, and Sony (from my earlier ereader) not to mention the library and Overdrive.

I'm just curious WHY I am prompted to register at the Bookland site and then it rejects the device.
