Solution

After several more attempts and miss-fires, i have solved the problem. When downloding from Angry Robot I discovered my system was changing the files to a 'zip' which was causing the problem. So when i made the final attempt i chose to open the file and not to download/save as a zip, End of problem!

I dont believer Angry Robot adds drm to their books, in fact they mention Calibre as a program to convert them. I salute the companies that do not use drm, but i understand why some do - and i do not agree with disabling it without permission.
