I agree as well. That's part of the reason I took the plunge and got a Kindle. For me the biggest difference between my experiences with Amazon and some other retailers is that other retailers often seem to immediately be on the defensive for even the tiniest problem, kind of like the goal is to determine why it's not their fault. Every interaction I've had with Amazon, it really felt like the goal is to solve the problem, no matter the reason.
