Of course, Cabe is first.
But, if Cabe don´t buy the reader i can do it.

I´m from Madrid. Spain.
Here is impossible find this product (for now).

I use Paypal.
I pay the item (130 USD) and the shipment (of course), about 35 or 50 USD Aprox, depends (USPS Express Mail International or USPS Express Mail International).
(But repeat, Cabe was first).

The battery is a minor trouble for me.
