Will the Kindle be like a "dual-boot" pc? I mean you turn it on and you have to press a button to go to Duokan. If you don't it, it just starts the normal Kindle menu or do you have also to press a button to do it?
Changing from Kindle to Duokan and vice versa happens only by restarting your Kindle?
I'm only interested in the .pdf reader, is it reason enough to install Duokan? In another topic people with similar .pdfs like me (journal articles with two columns) said it really helps.
Hi GlassX, I'll see if I can help.

1. I never uninstalled Duokan so can't answer that one.

2. Yes, it's like dual-boot. First time you have to press "Q" to get to Duokan or it will boot Kindle. Once in Duokan, there is an option to restart and boot back in Kindle.

3. Completely worth it just for PDF reading in my opinion. Same reason I installed Duokan in my K3-WIFI - to read journal articles.

PS. It's a bit buggy, but I'd recommend it anyway!
