In these last years I had two ereaders that were defective, my iLiad first and I was really sad about it.( no customer service as Irex went down.).
Then I waited a few months for the new Kindle.....defective as well after a few months; again sad about it. Amazon replaced it within a week from overseas(!). That was last month.
Now for my birthday I thought " won't happen to me again..stuck without an ereader, so I asked for a 2nd Kindle and got it.
I'm a bit of a fool about books, ereaders and such. Always have something to read with me, have lots of ebooks as well: now on two ereaders.
