I originally asked this question in my intro post before realizing that it should have been placed here instead:

I just downloaded Calibre for the first time earlier today. I would like to add the books I currently have on my Kindle to my new Calibre library, but I do not have the "Device" option in Calibre. My Kindle is the only device currently plugged into my PC, and I made sure to restart Calibre once my Kindle was plugged into the USB port, but I am still not getting the "Device" option.

Suggestions on how to get Calibre to see my Kindle 3, and how to get my e-books from Kindle to Calibre would be greatly appreciated.
