I don't think the Sony 950 has a browser even though it is 3G, I could be wrong about that.
The Nook Classic has the mini touchscreen and a browser. I have no idea how well it works.

The 950 does have a browser, but it only works when you are connected via WiFi, not over 3g.
And... well... it has the same problems as all other e-ink browsers. Good for emergencies, but that's all...
