Sadly, I have to report that I've had a couple of reboots while using the lighted cover Amazon sent me. One happened while I was putting the cover on the Kindle. Being that the replacement cover hasn't cured the freezing/rebooting issue, and it's heavier/bulkier than the non-lighted cover, I've decided to use my Kindle without a cover until I can find something else that I like.
