Sorry, there isn't anyway to change the sensitivity on an unrooted NC. I haven't seen any postings on this topic for a rooted NC but maybe someone will respond soon. I have observed the same issue compared to my iPhone. I've been switching to landscape orientation in those instances to make it easier to select items.
