You're not the first

I will consider to add all footnotes in a single file. Maybe I can add a checkbox in the preferences to choose the single file or multiple file for the footnotes.
I am not totally satisfied about the return icon at the end. I see that many publishers set the note number as the return link. But I think that when I read a long footnote, I wish to have a return link at the end to avoid to come back at the beginning of the footnote.
What is your opinion?
