I'm so glad I'm not the only one that has this issue. I got my K3 as soon as it came out now after a few months of use and having a case it creaks! I would say the past month I really noticed it and it is quite annoying. I read my K3 sometimes 'naked' without the case on, and that is when I can't stand it but I like the feel of it without the case while reading. I use the case to protect it when in transit.

I'm one of those people that if I perceive something is wrong with a gadget I need a new ones so it's just like a new. I wonder if since I got it back in the summer if I could even send it back now?

I really don't see why this is happening to people, it's not like there's any screws that are visible to tighten...
