As it is now if the FedEx e-mail gets lost in cyberspace the recipient has no way to know if the order was shipped and no way to check on it. They leave much to desire in keeping customers informed.

have to admit the taking of the money quite so early on wasn't very impressive (altho, 'normal' practice). They did deliver in the end for me tho (and for most others too I think?) .. I did wonder how much money is being made by taking payment immediately and yet not shipping until a month later .. it would certainly mount up I would think.
Loving my Cybook tho .. I would like to see a slightly better communications from Bookeen in the future, that may be wishful thinking?
