I bought my wife an IRiver Story EReader Story for Xmas that despite many attempts could not get it to authenticate with Digital Editions as per the instruction manual. No online support to help out as was the case for my Skycaddie GPS. So returned to the shop with it today to be told "a number had been returned". So first time unlucky and we will be replacing with another brand possibly the Amazon Kindle learning from others more positive experience?
