I know how frustrating it can be. I feel for you. Just had another thought. There have been a few postings where people have not been able to get their Windows 7 computers to recognize their 950. Both these people were able to get other computers to recognize their 950. In one case their computer could see their 350 but not their 950. I wonder if maybe you have this issue and that's why nothing has worked? Unfortunately nobody has figured out how to solve that problem other than use a different computer.
