For my 3,000th post (wow, this last 1,000 went so much more quickly), I would like to ask for each person who reads this thread to add a "Deep Thought" (ala Jack Handy) . Feel free to borrow someone else's deep thought or come up with one of your own!

Here's mine:

Why is "bra" singular while "panties" are plural?
