Hello,

New here (obviously) and sadly I've come here with a problem. I've posted a thread regarding it in the iRiver forum, hopefully by posting here too I can alert a few more people to it.

My new iRiver Cover Story has frozen.

Many thanks in advance if anyone can shed any light on what to do.

Are iRiver normally reliable? A device breaking after a few hours use doesn't fill me with confidence in a brand I hadn't heard of before I unwrapped the present this morning.
