Hi,
I have a book in RTF format which I can convert to MOBI and it reads ok on the Calibre E Book Viewer and on Kindle. However when clicking on TOC it displays the Title Twice or more and the text within the book.

Also at the end of the book the heading "Table of Contents" and lines of the text within the book are repeated and are displayed underlined ??? all a bit weird.

Is there some setting I can adjust (easily) so that that only the TOC is displayed in this column.

It is no great problem as I can read the book both on the E Book Viewer and the KIndle
