it isn't so much a matter of whether or not we have wi-fi. The more important issue is that our cellphones do not have dataplans, and, when we go on extended car trips I would like the option of checking my email. And spur-of-the-moment-need-to-look-up-an-address or phone number.
Am I right that the only ereader with free 3g that connects to the general web with a general browser (rather than 3g that is restricted to a particular store) is the Kindle 3g with its 'experimental' browser?
