Hi guys,

I just stumbled on these great forums. I work for a publisher in Washington state, and have been tasked with helping them to organize their eBook strategy. As a result, I've started spending a lot of time on the web trying to understand all the different eReader formats and related technology! Personally, I've only downloaded a few books using the Kindle app on my iPhone, so consider me a total newbie.

Hope people don't mind if I post a question or two in the general forum. But mostly, I'll be a lurker, eager to read about what you guys do and don't like in your eBooks. So keep writing, we're listening!
