Okay, the Nook Color screen resolution is native 854 x 480. It's my understanding that it is actually scaling up for the 1024 x 600 resolution.

Jack, that video that you posted, it's a neat snow vid, but brother, that is not the kind of video that I would use to show off any device. Most of the HD video that I've been converting to 854 x 480 actually even looks respectable on my 1920 x 1080 computer monitors.

Regarding the youtube functionality, I guess they've been running Android froyo on NC for a couple weeks now, still in development, but the word is that Flash video is already functioning.

I have a few things that I would have enjoyed having on the NC, like a simple built-in microphone for example, but all in all, the video ability of this device is one of the last things that I'd try to pick apart.

Overall, I'm just really amazed by the value in this the Nook Color device.
