Wow. Makes me appreciate my job even more. I think I'm going to send this link to my boss.
... and makes me just a bit less likely to buy from Amazon if only to be one less customer that indirectly exacerbates this kind of working environment. I'd be willing to wait another couple days for my order if it means Amazon workers would be happier.
