I suspect they want to release the Android and iOS4 versions at the same time. As far as Apple dragging its corporate feet, that is so well known that Sony should have taken that factor into consideration. Regardless, Sony has shown they cannot create good web pages or good software for Windows or MacOS, so I'm not expecting anything to get excited about as far as the Android and iOS4 apps go.
