I get most of my electronics from them, including my Sony Readers and my NC. They are really nice to work with and will take returns and make exchanges without a hassle. Their sales staff leaves a lot to be desired, but the customer service dept is really good.
@rcuadro, Sony was awful in the way they treated me over my 950. I had what I thought was a problem and called CS. As soon as they found out that I bought it from Best Buy they wouldn't talk to me anymore and insisted I take it back to Best Buy. Fortunately I was able to fix the problem through research on this site. It is indeed aggrevating when you get mistreated by a company and you have bought thousands of dollars worth of their products over the years.
