You don't seem to get the point. None of these companies had to rely on third-party apps to get the device doing what is is supposed to. Pre-release firmware I am accustomed to. But it's lame to tell customers to install the txtr app for reading DRM'd ePub.

I didn't. Just sold it two days ago. This griping is just some after-pains. At least it helped me to classify Pocketbook as a company.
