So many of these "reviews" just mention the latest and the greatest (and most expensive)... yet a large majority of Kindle sales are the regular one sold on Amazon, the Kindle 2 wifi and wifi+3G, same for B&N Nook, the $149 Nook is the biggest seller of their readers.

Some reviews use bias... such as comparing the cheapest $139 Kindle and a $89 reader to the most expensive $249 Color Nook, usually making the high end item appear as if they are massively better.

edit: also this whole "social network sharing" is treated as if it is the latest and greatest... so now not only do we have to dig through peoples useless posts about sitting on their back porch, we also have to see them bragging about reading a book and how many pages and a number of extra posts on top of the already insane amount of "here is my life on display" crap.
