Did you get it new or refurbished? Also just to let you know what is good to invest in is a card reader and even better
http://www.softick.com/cardexport2/ makes an app that turns your palm into a usb mass storage device that works with windows, mac and I think linux. I'm using card export on my mac at home and my pc at work and its great. No swapping out the card to put music on it etc. Since you have the screen size and the memory/speed check out a game from PDAmill called snails it is the absolute coolest on the t3 screen.
