Was wondering does anyone have a solution to the webscription website of Baen's throwing up this error?

I am unable to access their website at all, and i've tried 4 browsers, IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari on two different computers.
It's rather frustrating and its almost as if they are asking me to pirate their books instead of buying it!
