I wouldn't buy an ipad but I don't agree with those reasons.

I wouldn't buy one mainly because:

1. I have an iphone- so I don't need something which does the same thing but is bigger.

2. It's too big to be portable and would rather carry around my netbook which does more

3. Battery life is not long enough

4. Wouldn't serve my purposes as an ereader and I have better dedicated devices for that.

So in summary it serves no purpose for me.
