All you'd have to do is de-register the nook and re-register it under his own B&N account. The problem is the stuff purchased. It would be purchased under YOUR account and would therefore stay there. I suggest creating him an email and B&N account with your card and then later switching the card. He won't need the account info unless there's a problem, so perhaps write it down or keep it available to him.
