TV, you might pass this on: I was completely planning on buying the IQ when it was 140 and I could get free shipping. The effective price increase to 160 (with shipping) made me switch with no regrets. At 180 plus shipping, I would not even have considered it.
I understand how those in Europe may think me a cheapskate, but the reality is that in the US, a very comparable machine is available for about 40 percent less and more advanced machines can be had for not much more than the new price point.

Pocketbooks are great devices in that they offer some unique software/firmware features that other devices do not.
That said, PB needs to deliver on their firmware upgrades (i.e. functioning browser and rss reader!!!) so that we owners can spread the word and they need to keep their prices where they are. No one's going to buy a $200+ PB602 when a K3, Kobo or Nook can be had for under $150. Hell, I felt kind of foolish paying $180 for my 602 except there were a few features I absolutely needed.
