As I have already said, asking a question can very well be a loaded question:
"Minister, have you beaten your wife recently?".
That's an example which should show you that even if the Minister has never ever beaten anyone, the "recently" more than implies that he has done it in the past.

Yes a very loaded question that is inherently an attempt to misrepresent what he says. No matter what he will say, you will conclude on it, and then we have a full-on strawman. And that is a logical fallacy.
