650 and 350 use essentially the same firmware with very minor differences. So, whatever 350 can do, the 650 can do as well. If you are Japanese, you should buy the Japanese version of the x50 (sold in Japan only). Actually, it supports Cyrillic (at least the Russian subset of it) natively as well, so you won't need to install any special firmware.
