From what little I have read, and it is very little, Colorado does not have a similar law. I would be very surprised if he is extradited to Florida.
This strikes me as a stupid move. The book and author were no longer in the news. All this does is give the idiot more face time and a probable lawsuit against someone or the State of Florida.
