Okay - this is what I understand.
1. The book describes actions to take to avoid prosecution in pedophilia. There are no pictures of children or pictures of obscene acts or any sort of child pornography in the book. I haven't actually seen the book - I'm just going by heresy there.
2. Authorities in Florida contacted the author and bought the book from him. He mailed it to him.
3. Now he is arrested for distributing Obscene material.
If that is a valid case ... then Amazon and all other book distributors certainly need to be going over their inventory with a fine tooth comb because it has all the sudden become illegal to mail a book which describes an illegal/obscene activity.
I guess I'd need to read the facts a little better but I'm kind of dubious as to what they are trying to pull off here legally.
Find something illegal the guy has actually DONE and then throw the book at him and the world will cheer. Right now they are just spinning wheels though.
