Pretty scary that in this day and age you can get arrested on an "obscenity" charge in a completely different state than the one issuing a warrant.

Think about it. Being arrested simply for what you've written, not anything you've actually done.

What's to keep the government from doing the same to political opponents? It should be the First Amendment, but hey, guess that doesn't count any more (like the rest of the Constitution)

In my state about a year ago, the Highway Patrol had a report that said everyone that owned a Gadsden flag should be considered a potential terrorist. So it's not really an imaginary issue, either. I'm sure the same people would love to find ludicrous charges to arrest them with for the "public good", just like this guy.
