Knit, I've worked for companies like this. Believe me, the company is as frustrated as you are. Them missing a Christmas delivery cost them big bucks and they know it.
That Waldemar guy going through and individually doing orders for people who say they need them as fast as possible, spending his pre-Christmas time doing that, that's a lot more than most companies would do. It shows quite a bit of commitment to do something like that.
Even though yes, everyone is wishing the product was ready earlier.
