These aren't upscale places... just long tables with computers on them, side by side. Some might sell bottled juice, but that's about it.

In First World locations, it seems one almost has to use the hotel's pricey business center unless you have a wireless device to bring along. I don't, other than my iPhone. I'll be able to check my mail, but dealing with the forums would be difficult. Too much one finger typing. The hotel business centers cost an arm and a leg, (the last hotel I was in wanted 10 dollars for 10 minutes) so I try to minimize the time spent on them. But my wife is due for a new computer, so maybe we'll pick one up while we're there that is portable and wireless. The problem might be that she really can't use an English language operating system very easily. I'm sure I won't be able to stay away for the full vacation, and will find some way to check in from time to time. Hey... I'm addicted. I have to check in from time to time!

not sure how long it's been since you have been here, but you will fiind that many if not most chain coffee shops have internet, as well as quite a few cafes and restaurants, such as Panera and even *shudder* McDonalds. it appears all you are lacking is a laptop!

My wife came home and told me we don't leave until Wednesday.

I think a glass of Bombay Sapphire is in order.
