I've seen a smattering of mostly Kindles on trains, both in Liverpool, London and travelling in between the two. Best, though, was on the Eurostar a couple of weeks ago. Both going to and coming from Brussels, of all the people sitting around me only 1 had a paper book, the rest of us (about 6 in all -it wasn't a busy train) were on e-readers!
