Trying to get my mother out of London. She's stuck after two flight cancellations. First night spent at a floor on Heathrow, now she's at least been provided with a hotel room.
How are they gonna get all people out of London if they don't put in extra air-planes?
And why does the snow come as a surprise each year, perhaps they need to send their people to Norway to get a course in how to plow snow.
