*grin* yes, that's what I meant by learning about the epub structure. I had been playing with testing embedded fonts, but at the same time I was playing with images within the epub. This isn't anything new however and was something that could be done since the original kobo. correct me if I'm wrong, but the only thing that was having a problem displaying images, probably becaue they weren't available, was the native kobo sql format.
