Lassen sich Android-Geräte eigentlich komplett neu formatieren, um Android frisch aufzuspielen und quasi die Apps "von Null auf" neu einbauen?

Falls es dazu schon irgendwo Ideen oder Überlegungen gibt, wäre ich für den Link dankbar.
