Hello world!
The family pitched in to get my Dad a Kindle last Christmas (he's in his late 80s) and he loves it. I've been considering an e-reader for myself for a while now and finally decided on a Jetbook Lite (it should arrive in a few days). I found you folks when I was looking for information on the text formats it supports.

I've been reading on a screen since the mid-90s, when I got a batch of public domain "books" on CD-ROM for my Amiga 3000. I'm looking forward to being portable.
