This chart gives you (amongst much more information) the mass and day length of all planets in this solar system related to that of Earth-- you'll see that there isn't much correlation.

And, remember, that is just the day length
now. That changes over time-- it was much faster for all planets early in the solar system's history, and will continue to slow down with time. This PDF has a chart with estimated day lengths over Earth's history (on page 3):
