I purchased my Kobo after full research, both technical AND user opinions. I full well know the devices limitations, foibles and also, its inherent strength of actually allowing you to read an ebook.

Taming has every bloody right to comment. She is a beta team member for this firmware update, which means she and the other member of that group have been working closely with the Kobo development team to ensure as many issues are resolved prior to general release. Once the update went live she has been extremely pro-active with comments, problem solving and assistance. All this in her free time.
