Normalerweise die Cover in den Metadaten zuweisen, das Buch kann man dann sicherheitshalber nochmal in EPUB konvertieren (ja, EPUB in EPub) und dann, wenn dein Reader das zulässt auch über Calibre exportieren. Sollte klappen...
