Most of the major players meet those requirements so you might as well look deeper into *how* you are going to use it and, most importantly, where you are going to get the ebooks from.
Otherwise, you may as well buy the cheapest reader from the established players: Kindle, Nook, Sony, Pocketbook, Bookeen, etc.
Oh, and $250 is on the high side these days (by at least 50%) for a good 6in eink reader without 3G. If it doesn't have wireless you shouldn't go much above $169 and you might even safely go to $100 on a sale. At $250 you're actually closer to the mainstream for 10in readers than for 6inchers.
