Just about every one of 'em is made from "Spam!" At the supermarket checkout counters in Guam you can find copies of "100 Best Spam Recipes." Despite its small size, Guam is rated #2 in the world for consumption of Spam, only losing out to Hawaii!

I can only imagine a Christmas Dinner in Baragida... A rectangle of Spam in the middle of the plate... scored in a diamond pattern with a honey glaze... little cloves stuck in the middle of each diamond section....

Although I might laugh, that actually tastes pretty good! LOL!
